Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

At Curl Kontrol, we are committed to providing you with top-quality hair care products. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that preferences may vary, and we offer exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date.

**Exchange Guidelines:**

1. Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

2. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email or phone number] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

3. Customers are responsible for the postage costs associated with the exchange.

4. The item must not have been opened or used. It must be in its original, unopened packaging for the exchange to be accepted.

5. Ensure that the product is securely packaged for return to prevent damage during transit.


**How to Exchange:**

1. Contact our customer service team at to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

3. Ship the unopened and unused item, along with a copy of the original purchase receipt, to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange.
